Pedersen Apiaries is always willing to give tours from 1 person to 50 people.

Please call ahead.

What you will see:

January-March Building and repairing equipment, melting wax. 
April Checking hives, building equipment.
May-June Checking hives, queen raising operation.
July-August Extracting honey (2 days/week), queen raising.
September Possibly extracting honey, feeding hives.
October Finish feeding and wrap hives.
November Maintenance.
December Holidays.


The solar heating system and wind turbines can be seen at any time of the year.
